01. Tell us about your career to date with Marlin Hawk.

I joined Marlin Hawk about 6 years back! It may sound cliché but time flies! During these 6 years, I have gained a solid foundation working in dynamic and diverse Asian cultures. After having worked in corporate talent acquisition teams, moving into executive search was an interesting decision. Having come from different background, I was given a lot of support to build my knowledge/network on the job which has made me a professional search executive I am today.

02. What attracted you to Marlin Hawk? And what makes you stay?

During the interview process , several meetings with the leadership team and peers, matched with my passion, dedication for recruitments and relentless commitment to quality offerings. This made me realized that it’s the right place for me to join and build my career. 6 years ON and we are still the same which made me join back then and now stay!

03. What has been your greatest achievement so far?

Getting promoted has been just one part of achievement but being hungry, committed and continue to deliver bigger and better results has been the greatest achievements so far. I have grown from strength to strength with each year providing top notch work which has contributed to build strong Asia business for the company. I have always demonstrated strong team values and have supported team members along the way to ensure we run a very solid/quality driven business delivery.

04. Who has helped you along the way?

It’s difficult to say any one person but I stay around because of the people, especially leaders of our company. It has always motivated me to go extra mile and they have supported and guided me very well in what I need to be successful in the role.

05. Which of the Marlin Hawk values resonates the most and why?

I resonate with most of the values but my strongest suit is collaboration. MH is an epic blend between a corporate setting, small and connected community that we have built. We at MH pride ourselves to the commitment of empowering individuals and teams and value each other’s inputs.
